FEAST in the FOREST - Cooking Rainbow Trout with Fish Head Broth | Waterfall Music Scene
I was offered a Rainbow Trout by a friend who caught a few up on the lake so i came to the Cooking Shelter to show a quick Gut and Gill technique and a Filleting technique using your fingers. I foraged some wild edibles on my way back to camp and Cooked the Trout on a hot rock as well as using the Fish head to make a Fish head and bone Broth.
WILD EDIBLES :
Wood Sorrel (Oxalis Acetosella)
Wild Garlic/Ramsons (Allium Ursinum)
Stinging Nettle (Urtica Dioica)
DINNER :
Rainbow Trout with Wood Sorrel
Noodles with chopped Wild Garlic
Cherry Tomatoes and Grapes
Fish Head Bone Broth

I weaved a Fish Trap at the shelter and caught some Brown Trout from the river. Weaving Fish Traps in Winter is always more difficult than in Summer as materials become less pliable and more brittle. Я понял, это эксперимент. На самом деле можно взять подходящее растение, распустить кору, и просто вымочить в воде.
What does this video mean? It's like making a fire-making tool. It's a process of peeling tree bark, boiling it, drying it and making a rope to turn the axis of rotation. Where does the fire that boils the tree bark come from? If you're going to demonstrate, show a primitive method, not a modern one.
